Helen Hawryszczak nee Dudek , age 91, passed away on Thursday February 3rd, 2022. The daughter of Tomasz and Maria (Haniebnik) Dudek. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Augustyn Hawryszczak and her siblings Berniece (Forys), Emilia Dudek, Walter Dudek, Joseph Dudek, and Stanislaw Dudek. She is survived by her brother Tadeusz. Helen was the loving mother to Martha Lehman, Barbara Hawryszczak (Nathalie Becker), Halina (Case) Kosinski. Loving Grandmother to Sylvia Kosinski, Sara (Danny) Triplett, Alexandra Lehman, Andrea Lehman, Jonas Lehman. Great Grandmother to Bre Emilia, Zion Loving Aunt to Sophie Forys, Stanley Forys, Victor (Anna) Forys, Janek (Basia) Dudek, Marek (Urszula) Dudek and Sylwia Dudek. Great Aunt to many. She was an extraordinary woman full of love and laughter. She will be missed deeply. Her wake service will be on Wednesday February 9, 2022 at Pietryka Funeral Home, located at 5734 W. Diversey Ave from 4pm-8pm. Mass will be held at St. Ferdinand Catholic Parish Church, located at 5900 W. Barry Ave. Chicago, IL 60634, on Thursday February 10, 2022, at 10am. Funeral Procession to follow to Maryhill Catholic Cemetery, 8600 N. Milwaukee Ave. Niles, IL 60714 where she will be laid to rest.
